On this tab, you can find the the list of contacts that are currently active within the automation process.

 

Use the Site drop-down list to restrict the listing to a set of contacts created under a specific site.

 

Clicking Start process opens a dialog box in which you can choose a contact for which you want to start the process. You can also start processes using triggers or for whole contact groups instead of single contacts.

 

Additionally, you can:

 

• Manage the process for the contact

• View contact details

• Remove the contact from the process

 

After clicking the icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.
